SaltStack + MySQL 5.7

man muss nur ein bisschen an seinem salt minion rum patchen, damit man wieder user anlegen kann: https://github.com/saltstack/salt/pull/30603/files

mit einem patch an der mysql-formula, ist auch die my.cnf wieder in einem zustand in dem mysqld startet und auch das init script wieder funktioniert: https://github.com/saltstack-formulas/mysql-formula/issues/108
